What this site collects
This site measures its audience without cookies or any persistent identifier, using Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: page views, referring page, device type, country, and the loading times visitors actually experience. These measurements are aggregated, cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, and serve only to show which pages are useful and which are slow. No advertising tracker is dropped and no visitor profile is built.
Data is only collected when you get in touch yourself:
- By booking a call: the details you enter in the Cal.com booking module, namely your name and email address, along with your answers to the qualifying questions.
- By writing on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages.
Why this data is collected
It is used only to reply to you, to prepare our call and, if we work together, to carry out the work. It is never sold, rented, or used for automated prospecting.
Legal basis
These processing activities rest on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then on the performance of the contract once a collaboration begins.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that go no further are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data tied to an engagement is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the statutory retention period for accounting records.
Who has access to your data
Besides the publisher of this site, only the technical providers needed to run it are involved:
- Cal.com, for booking appointments.
- Meta, for WhatsApp messages.
- Vercel, for hosting the site.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. The corresponding transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site's audience measurement drops no cookie. The Cal.com booking module, loaded on the booking section, may drop cookies of its own to work. You can refuse them in your browser settings, which may prevent booking online.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@media-buyer.fr: you will receive an answer within one month.
